The bits we get asked most.
Because nobody wants to commit to a website they have not seen. We take the risk, you take the decision. We use only public information, your name, your published photos, your reviews. Nothing private. If you say no, we delete it and you will never hear from us again.
No catch. A one-off build fee, then a monthly subscription for hosting, updates and a monthly audit, the exact numbers live on the pricing section above. If you do not want to subscribe, you do not keep the site; that is how we make it sustainable to look after every customer properly.
Yes, anytime. A one-off closing fee, we transfer the domain to you, you keep all the code. The site becomes yours to take anywhere. It is not a trap. Stop paying without telling us and the site goes offline after a 7-day grace period. Exact numbers are on the pricing section above.
Because you saw the entire finished product before paying. There's no risk to mitigate. We'd much rather you said no on the call than back out after we've gone live, that's the deal.
We register it on your behalf and manage it as part of the monthly subscription. If you cancel, we transfer ownership to you as part of the one-off closing fee. While you are a customer, you do not need to think about it.
Every customer is on the same terms, published openly on this site. Payments are taken through Stripe, and you pay nothing until you have seen your finished site on a call with us. The site you are looking at right now is one of ours.
On the call. That's the whole product. After payment, you get an email when the site goes live, then a monthly audit, then the dashboard for change requests, but everything that needs a conversation happens in those first ten minutes.
